Andrea Dickinson is Counsel at Beitel Tax Law. Andrea’s practice focuses on personal and corporate tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and implementation of tax-driven transactions and estate planning. She also represents clients in their dealings with the CRA, and at the Tax Court of Canada.

Andrea has extensive experience in planning and implementing corporate reorganizations in a tax-efficient manner. She assists clients in the food, wholesale, automotive, pharmaceutical and other professional industry.

Prior to joining Beitel Tax Law, Andrea worked at a national law firm in downtown Toronto.
