About Joseph
With approximately three years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media advertising, social media management, graphic design, team leadership, and customer relations, I have developed a strong foundation in both creative and operational roles.
Currently, I support the operations team by cultivating and managing vendor relationships, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, overseeing IT ticket management and escalation, and acting as a resource on various operational projects. Additionally, I coordinate meetings and events, serve as the first line of response for the operations team, and provide backup support for Client Services and Legal Support.
Prior to my current role, I worked in tech startups where I specialized in social media management, graphic design, client relations, and digital marketing. I also gained experience in the legal industry while working with a Toronto-based law firm, where I focused on client relations, website auditing, and supporting the firm’s transition to a fully digital environment.
This diverse background has allowed me to blend strategic marketing expertise with operational efficiency, enabling me to drive business growth and streamline processes in dynamic environments.
